IRC chat reminder

There will once again be an Apache-SOAP IRC chat tomorrow, continuing to
discuss and focus on the architectural structure of the slowly-gelling 3.0
version.  We had a good discussion about server configuration last time, and
that topic, plus serialization patterns, might be good to continue with this
week.
