[jira] [Commented] (CALCITE-2991) getMaxRowCount should return rowcount 1 for an aggregate with constant keys

Haisheng Yuan commented on CALCITE-2991:
----------------------------------------

I would prefer to do the simplification of removing constant grouping keys before running into optimization (or achieve this by transformation rules), so that not only getMaxRowCount can benefit from this. getMaxRowCount and other metadata handler needs to be as simple as possible.
