Odd behavior on maximize and minimize of portlets under Desktop, IE6 only
Steps to reproduce, only on IE6
Resize the browser e.g. not full screen
Now maximized a portlet e.g. Locale Selector which the browser is not full screen
Now maximize the browser to full screen
Now maximize the portlet and you get the following screen where the portlet does not return to its original size
