Board Report for December 2009

Time for board reports again :) So far, here's what we have:

Archiva Board Report for December 2009

Below are the important events that happened in the project since the last
board report.

Releases
--------

* No releases since last board report

Community
---------

* Development for 1.2.3 is still in progress with 6 issues remaining before
release

* Removal of the database and audit log reporting, both for Archiva 1.3, are
being worked on in separate branches

Issues
------

No board level issues at this time.
