[PATCH] library/t make test

Don't delete our source files in make clean!

I'd submit a patch, but the previous one is too close in the file :)

in library/t/Makefile.am
-CLEANFILES = $(check_SCRIPTS)
+CLEANFILES = $(check_PROGRAMS)
