[I] Take empty struct array would get array with length 0 [arrow-rs]

**Describe the bug**
take `StructArray` with empty fields would get an array with length 0
**To Reproduce**
```
#[test]
fn test_take_empty_struct_array() {
let arr = StructArray::new_empty_fields(3, None);
let indices = UInt32Array::from(vec![2, 0, 1]);
let res = take(&arr, &indices, None).unwrap();
assert_eq!(res.len(), 3);
}
```
**Expected behavior**
`take` should return an array with matching length
