keyword substitution in Microsoft Office

Hi,
I use subversion keyword substitution in Microsoft Office - and it is
basically no problem, but: 
- can keywords be used in MS Word document templates (and the user
doesn't see the keywords?
- can keywords be hidden in documents?

have a look at:

http://insights.oetiker.ch/windows/SvnProperties4MSOffice.html

make sure it works best with  tortoise 1.5 ... if you are still
using 1.4, look at the bottom of the page for an alternative
aproach.
