SWIG Python bindings

I've just uploaded a set of patches to the swig wrapping of the C++
client for python that make it more of a drop-in replacement for the
qpid.messaging module.

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-3333

It's not perfect, but it's good enough for our current usage. Any
comments would be appreciated--I'm new to SWIG, AMQP, and
Qpid--especially on how to get it in the next release.

PS: While working on the bindings, I found a small bug in
AddressParser.cpp. A patch is attached to the bug report:

Anthony, this is really great, thanks!

I'm no expert on SWIG either. Looks good to me though (having the
distinct patches really aids review, thanks for that as well!).

Thanks for this also. I've committed that particular patch to trunk.
