Closing issues #3593 and #3478

Hi there,

It seems that said issues have been solved by the
strict memory limits imposed by the membuffer
cache (default settings or not).

What is the process involved in closing them?
Do I need special privileges on tigris.org?

Thanks Mark! I closed the two issues and assigned them
to the 1.7.0 target milestone.

I gave you Observer role which I think is all you need. You should be
able to login to tigris with your "sf" account and close issues.
Email me if you can't and I can look at the permissions closer.
