   I am actually using an older version, but went looking into source code if it has been fixed in latest code. 
   **Symptom**: Could not browse dataset in the UI because `http://localhost:3030/$/server` was returning 403. It worked well in Firefox but not in Chrome. When examining the remote address in chrome developer tools, the address appeared to be shortened to `[::1]`
