   Hi.
   
   We have implemented the sklearn-to-dml pipeline mapper, which can be used as cli or imported as python module.
   There are still a few things to test and cleanup, but other than that this PR should be ready to review soon.
   
   @Shafaq-Siddiqi could you take a look at our current implementation?
   We would like to hear some feedback and how to proceed afterwards (regarding the practicals).
