This was fixed by introducing both -D NO_IDEA/-D OPENSSL_NO_IDEA style flags,
but you are welcome to change those flags yourself based on your build of
openssl. Unfortunately, Unix loads those into the opensslconf.h declarations,
but when one builds on Win32, those are not set up properly.
