Verified that Hadoop builds fine with Dockerfile_debian_10.
Build command:

mvn clean package -DskipTests -Pnative,dist -Drequire.fuse -Drequire.openssl -Drequire.snappy -Drequire.valgrind -Drequire.zstd -Drequire.test.libhadoop -Pyarn-ui -Dtar > build-log.txt 2>&1
