### What happened?
The file for fetching RDF data in the `jena-examples/bin` folder 404's
To reproduce
1. Visit https://github.com/apache/jena/blob/main/jena-examples/bin/get-data
2. Attempt to download the data (run the wget command)
3. Get a 404
4. Alternatively clone the repo
5. cd to the examples directory
6. Run sh bin/get-data
7. See 404
### Relevant output and stacktrace
```shell

Thanks for the report.
This isn't data the Apache Jena project has any control over. It isn't a definitive reference to JISC so it is quite unlikely to be up-to-date anyway.
(And at the moment, the ovod.net site is not responding to HTTP at all)
