1.3.x Pthread synchronization question...

Hi all,

   In the 1.3.x series, did anyone ever get to the bottom of why we
would topple over using PTHREAD_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT on solaris?
I note that there is a bit of documentation regarding the possiblity
of a race in accept_mutex_off (which I wonder why no-one played around
with fixing using PTHREAD_MUTEX_ERRORCHECK), but that is about all.
