Transposing columns to rows

hi all,
Can anyone say with a bit of code...How to transpose rows to columns.The application we have has huge no. of data in columns so for the sake of printing it would be better if we had them transposed to rows (swapping columns to rows) through POI.We use Open office.
we want to transpose ONLY through POI and not in OPEN OFFICE.
