[PR] IO-865: Make Builder.setMaxBytesPerSecond return builder instance [commons-io]
Reranko05 opened a new pull request, #822:
URL: https://github.com/apache/commons-io/pull/822
This PR fixes IO-865.
ThrottledInputStream.Builder#setMaxBytesPerSecond(long) currently returns void,
which breaks the documented builder chaining example.
This change makes the method return the builder instance, enabling fluent usage.
The change is source-compatible and aligns with the existing Builder API design.
