SVN package sunfreeware - python bindings?

Is there anyone on this list having experience with the sunfreeware packages of SVN (Solaris SPARC)? Do these packages include the (swig) python bindings? Or is there a separate (sparc) package for that?

We couldn't find any installed swig bindings. It's a little unclear to me right now (swig-1.3.36 is listed as a requirement for the package, although there is no mention of the bindings on http://www.sunfreeware.com/subversion.html). I mailed the people at sunfreeware to ask, but haven't gotten a response so far.

If they are not included, would it be easy for me to install (make, build, ...) them after the fact? Not having built subversion from source itself, that is. I have looked at http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/subversion/bindings/swig/INSTALL, but it seems to indicate that you also need to build subversion from source (i.e. point subversion's configure to the installed swig and python).

I know the CollabNet packages include the swig bindings (in the "extras" package), but some time ago we went for the sunfreeware packages, because they seemed easy to use (no registration needed), and our sysadmins were used to them. We _could_ switch, but it's a lot of hassle...

Thanks for any suggestions.

Regards,
Johan
