After save the cube desc, it calculate the cuboid spanning tree, and after that it iterate from 0 to base cuboid id to find out the valid cuboids; When the dimension nubmer is big, the nubmer to check is huge, which will consume a lot of CPU time; 

As that check is not functional, disable it to gain better performance.
