    Description: Implement the getExpiredOpenKeys method in OmMetadataMangerImpl to return keys in the open key table that are older than a configurable time interval. The method will be modified to take a parameter limiting how many keys are returned. This value will be configurable with the existing ozone.open.key.expire.threshold setting, which currently has a default value of 1 day.
