djencks opened a new pull request #740:

This:
- publishes the site manifest into the Apache camel site.
- arranges to assemble all needed Antora playbooks from pieces in the new `antora-playbook-snippets` directory, using a script there.
- provides scripts in package.json for all the needed playbooks.
- puts the main local-build script in this, camel-website, project, so the subprojects can call it will minimal information.
This will allow us to (hopefully) make small changes in how the local builds work in just one place.
I'm 100% sure my script-writing can be considerably improved, and I'd like to get this committed soon so we can get all the subprojects set up to use it.
