Community Maven repo is removed from 0.9

Hi All,

Airavata trunk now does not have a dependency on the maven repository running on community server [1]. This is an over-due graduation task. Now the only third party repository remaining is the Unicore maven repository, which we should target for 0.10 release to remove and be 100% on maven central.

Everyone please update trunk and report any build-time or run-time issues.
