Summary: Date errors in many test
           Product: HttpClient
           Version: 3.0 RC2
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Commons HttpClient
        AssignedTo: httpclient-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: foosleeper@163.net

In many tests of HttpClient, a date string "Thu, 01-Jan-2070 ..." (or in other
date formats) is used. But 01-Jan-2070 is actually Wed, although all those
tests are passed.
