[PR] Complete missing Hebrew (he) translations [airflow]
shahar1 opened a new pull request, #70382:

The Hebrew locale had drifted to 88% coverage as new UI features landed, so Hebrew-speaking users saw untranslated English fallbacks across the dashboard, keyboard-shortcuts help, preset filters and the new state stores.
Terminology follows the existing he/ glossary so the new strings stay consistent with what is already translated.
