I changed a page in Jakarta wiki and it updated as expected.
Check the info page of http://master19.moinmo.in/BadContent against any wiki BadContent page to check versions match. If you really want to confirm things, createa an account on the master and actually make a change to the http://master19.moinmo.in/BadContent page itself, then edit your own wiki on any page to then see it pull it the latest BadContent.
Wikis do this independent of each other and varies due to frequency of edits to those wikis.
There is no error here.
