This work is mostly done. The portal already requires that users first complete their standard UserProfile. This task is to add evaluation of the extended user profile to the UserProfile.is_complete method ([https://github.com/apache/airavata-django-portal/blob/master/django_airavata/apps/auth/models.py#L67).]
