Using the browse functionality for inserting an image or an internal link under
FCKeditor doesn't work when using HTTPS. The popup form is launched under HTTP,
causing javascript errors when trying to pass the data back to the form.

Remove host value

Remove host value from ImageBrowserURL and LinkBrowserURL. These features now
work under HTTP and HTTPS.
