How to turn off the DTD processing?

I am using the CXF DOSGi implementation in which the service provider
properties are set on the Service Registration in the OSGi Service Registry.
How does the second solution (described in
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cxf/trunk/security/CVE-2010-2076.pdf) apply
to CFX + DOSGi?
