[jira] [Updated] (AMBARI-16117) On Install cluster wizard, After selecting HSI On and select DEFAULT queue (which makes '% of Cluster Capacity' visibility FALSE), if we move across services, the visibility gets set to TRUE again for "% of Cluster Capacity"
