problem with SerializePrinting example

after some config about JAVA_HOME
trying to run SerializePrinting job through eclipse but i get a
failure in the groom server

it's even being made?

The example can be executed by "jar" command.

But, if you want to run it through eclipse, you should set the jar
file. there's a setJar() method.
