[Collections] Broken link to javadocs

Please disregard if this is a known issue.

The link to the javadocs on the website is pointing to
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/collections/collections/api/index.html.
I suppose it should be pointing to
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/collections/api/index.html ?

When I run 'maven site:fsdeploy' it copies the site to
/www/jakarta.apache.org/commons/<component> on my PC.

I would imagine that doing the same thing on cvs.apache.org would do
what you want, or site:deploy would scp it there.
