Instance goes unreachable after a reboot

Greetings!

If I restart one of the VM it resumes and comes back online but not
reachable on the IP which has been assigned to one of its interface.
Following are the log excerpts which we can see,

The private cloud is built using CloudStack-4.2, XenServer-6.2 in Advanced
networking mode.
