   @aokolnychyi I started on it, and then something else popped up 🤣 It would be great to get this in 3.4. One thing we have to decide on is if we want to make the properties backward compatible with Spark 3.3, or just remove it in Spark 3.4 and expect people to use `TIMESTAMP WITHOUT TIME ZONE` when creating and altering tables.
