[J2] Error reading build.properties
On Windows if I launch the maven allBuild I get the error that required properties are not set :org.apache.jetspeed.server.home is missing.
I have a build.properties files in my home directory which has all the required properties defined.
Has anybody seen this before?

I tried 1.0 rc-2 and 1.0 Release with the same result
