In https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/29604 we made the list of schemas a set, since it makes more sense in the backend and makes manipulation easier. This PR introduces sorting in the frontend, to display the schemas in alphabetical order.

Yeah, I was surprised to find this file when looking for the place in the frontend where we fetch the schemas available for upload!
