> SHOW RESOURCE PLANS;
> ALTER RESOURCE PLAN plan_name SET QUERY_PARALLELISM = parallelism;
> ALTER RESOURCE PLAN plan_name RENAME TO new_name;
> ALTER RESOURCE PLAN plan_name ACTIVATE;
> ALTER RESOURCE PLAN plan_name DISABLE;
