[I] Lazy init secondaryView in PriorityBasedFileSystemView [hudi]

If we not use secondaryView, seems we should not init it, due to init every time will scan hdfs some related file not needed.

This appears to have been addressed in master by [HUDI-7927] / PR #10652 (commit 4370178eb0b8d1adad5148a2967f60b921568b27, "Lazy init secondary view in FS view"). `PriorityBasedFileSystemView` now stores a `secondaryViewCreator` function and initializes `secondaryView = null` in the constructor; the secondary view is only constructed on first call to `getSecondaryView()` (when a request actually needs to fall back). See `hudi-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hudi/common/table/view/PriorityBasedFileSystemView.java` lines 61-68 and 361-366. Closing as fixed seems appropriate — please reopen if you can still reproduce on a recent build.
