added OS-sensitive vars for httpd
Debian requires apache2, RHEL variants req httpd
added dict variables for {apache2,httpd}.conf location
and service name, with ansible_os_family {Debian,RedHat} as the keys.

include file for Debian-specific dependency installation
since package names are different; could also potentially
handle this via a list variable, but for now just getting
this to work.

RedHat specific depenedency installation include
contains tasks specific to RedHat installation of PGA,
notably calling yum vs apt, and specific package names.

added switch to firewalld install for Debian/Rhel
switch between apt/yum for Debian vs Rhel; this could
be handled a variety of ways, but thought to keep this
file straightforward for now. Also added comment on iptables,
for which firewalld is just a frontend.

changed to os-dependent httpd conf
Changed task to set http daemon config to use {Debian,RedHat}
dependent dictionary for template name and destination. Also
removed extraneous http daemon restart, since this is handily
handled by the handler.

changed selinux disable to permissive
Selinux disabling requires reboot, changing to permissive
mode does not. Permissive mode logs all potential actions, thus
allowing one to build a working selinux profile from the logs, giving
potential for a seamless move to enforcing mode (provided one doesn't
build a profile from an owned machine...). Added this task to only
run on RedHat machines, though selinux *can* and should be installed
on Debian as well, not putting time on this till it's a priority.

working apache2 config
Had to enable mcrypt via php2enmod, rewrite mod via a2enmod, which
while using the command task is less than ideal, at least uses
platform-preferred methods. Also fixed spacing in the logdir
creation task, and set DocumentRoot in the default sites-enabled,
instead of the main apache2 config.

added pga_repo var
changed the pga repo url to live in group_vars/all, since
this may need to be changed on a per-gateway basis - I'd
assume that individual gateway owners will change things like
the appearance, etc.
