[jira] [Created] (INFRA-3699) http://apache.itislinux.com/ mirror
uses frame to hide real server and does not work for subdirectories
http://apache.itislinux.com/ mirror uses frame to hide real server and does not work for subdirectories
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: INFRA-3699
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3699
Project: Infrastructure
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: public (Regular issues)
Components: Mirrors
Reporter: Sebb
The mirror http://apache.itislinux.com/ uses a frame to serve the contents from a different server, currently http://84.233.242.93/mirror/apache/
[This makes checking the directory listing rather tricky programmatically.]
But rather more seriously, subdirectories can only be accessed by clicking on links from the top level page, so for example
http://apache.itislinux.com/commons
does not work.
BTW, inspite of the hostname, it appears that the server is IIS. The content is hosted on Apache (Debian) according to the headers.
