   +1 I've had the same experience and find working across so many repos increasingly painful. Some changes too a lot more than one repo (eg an API change might affect runtime SDKs and the CLIs, or a runtime change will touch all the runtime repos). If there's a way to construct a mega repo conveniently for the purpose of full stack development, I'm all for it. I think this is mostly orthogonal to the release process which is more for consumption rather than development.
