[jira] [Created] (JAMES-3918) Delete mailboxes of no longer existing users
Benoit Tellier created JAMES-3918:
-------------------------------------
Summary: Delete mailboxes of no longer existing users
Key: JAMES-3918
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-3918
Project: James Server
Issue Type: Bug
Components: mailbox, webadmin
Affects Versions: 3.8.0, 3.7.4
Reporter: Benoit Tellier
Fix For: 3.7.5, 3.8.1
Webadmin do not allow currently to delete mailboxes of users that do not exist.
This could be legitimate if:
- The user was deleted and not it's mailbox content
- A mis-configuration lead to a non existing user to receive emails.
We propose to add a "force" query parameter to bypass this check.
