[jira] Commented: (AXIS2-2466) 'Unable to generate wsdl' error occurs when retrieving wsdl using ?wsdl if wsdl2 is palced in service archive

Keith Godwin Chapman commented on AXIS2-2466:
---------------------------------------------

We cannot show the WSDL 1.1 if useOriginalwsdl=true (when the wsdl in the META-INF is WSDL 2.0). I updated the error accordingly. The error dispaled was wrong cause we show WSDL 11 for any messageReceiver.

Thanks,
Keith

> Please go through the following steps to reproduce the error.
> - Place wsdl2 file in META-INF directory of the service archive
> - Set useOriginalwsdl=true in services.xml
> - Deploy the service archive
> - Select the service in the services list in admin console or provide ?wsdl url
> Following error is displayed in the browser.
> Unable to generate WSDL for this service
> <reason>
> If you wish Axis2 to automatically generate the WSDL, then please use one of the RPC message receivers for the service(s)/operation(s) in services.xml. If you have added a custom WSDL in the META-INF directory, then please make sure that the name of the service in services.xml (/serviceGroup/service/@name) is the same as in the custom wsdl's service name (/wsdl:definitions/wsdl:service/@name).
> </reason>
