> Due to JDK-8195129 Java fails to load native libraries from paths with non-ASCII chars. Temp on Windows is in user's home where the username can be of non-Latin chars. The only *workaround* we can and will provide is to expand Windows only libraries along with Maven and hope that the Maven distro will be extracted outside of such a path. This is in user's control.
