./src/Makefile.nt does not attempt to do
> nmake /nologo CFG="ApacheModuleRewrite - Win32 %LONG%" -f ApacheModuleRewrite.mak clean
and it causes
> nmake /f Makefile.nt (clean | _cleand | _cleanr)
never to cleanse ./src/os/win32/ApacheModuleRewrite%SHORT%/*.
