little question-little answer :starting tomcat

hi ;

  i read somewhere else that you have to respect a certain order in
starting up tomcat -apache

  start tomcat first and then apache and to shutdown the other way round .
  is this correct ? if yes , could you point this out to an online doc
where that is written ..
