3.4_release_blocker requested: [Bug 119096] IP clearance: remove Tango theme

hdu@apache.org has asked for 3.4_release_blocker:
Bug 119096: IP clearance: remove Tango theme
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119096

------- Additional Comments from hdu@apache.org
The license for the files in the Tango theme is not compliant for an Apache
project. Unless bundling its image archive is considered to be an aggregation
they have to be removed.
