   Saying [short-circuit](https://github.com/Netflix/Hystrix/wiki/How-it-Works#CircuitBreaker), I means a fault tolerant concept in Hystrix.
   
   I think we should support this feature internally in Dubbo. [Cluster](https://github.com/apache/incubator-dubbo/blob/master/dubbo-cluster/src/main/java/com/alibaba/dubbo/rpc/cluster/Cluster.java) is a good Extension point to do this.
