## Problem
`ConsumerDiagnosticsProviderStub` returns a successful empty stack trace response even when no real diagnostics provider is configured.
Evidence:
- `server/src/main/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/group/ConsumerDiagnosticsProviderStub.java` builds `ConsumerStackTraceVO` with `threadCount(0)` and an empty thread list.
## Impact
This is in the Studio Track 1 / CLIENT-01 diagnostics scope. A successful empty stack response can mislead users into thinking the client was queried and had no threads, instead of making it clear that diagnostics are not connected.
## Expected
Until a real diagnostics provider is connected, the backend should fail explicitly with a structured unsupported-provider error.
