wordcount problem

hello..
i executed the wordcount.java program. Create all those jar files and
all.Its compiling fine. But when i try to execute using the command below,
$ bin/hadoop jar /usr/wordcount.jar org.myorg.WordCount /input /output
its hanging there and not giving any output nor any error. What is wrong in
this?
