include in bodytag

Hello! I have noticed a problem when using a <jsp:include> tag
inside the body of a custom bodytag.

When I use a scriptlet instead of the custom tag, the page comes out
one way. But when I replace the scriptlet (in this case an if-statement)
with a body tag, the engine returns a totaly different page.

Has anyone noticed this before? any clues?

my custom tag outputs the body by using:
bodyContent.writeOut(bodyContent.getEnclosingWriter());
